Chubby Group stands as a premier US-based F&B holding company, having raised over $45 million in equity funding and securing a $20 million wagyu supply for its expanding restaurant chain. With the latest funding, the company is set to acquire over 5,000 Japanese A5 wagyu cattle, becoming the largest U.S. consumer of A5 wagyu by 2025.
The X Pot, an esteemed fine dining brand within the Chubby Group, has been at the forefront of elevating its digital presence. Optimization directives were provided by me to the web development team, focusing on improving WordPress functionality, UI/UX design, and content strategy. User research and testing were conducted to gather feedback, leading to refinements in the website’s appointment system and updates. These efforts have collectively contributed to a significant increase in search impressions, surpassing 500K.


Menu Page UI/UX Optimization
Prior to optimization, the menu page's single-column layout required excessive scrolling, hindering user navigation. Collaborating with the marketing & web development team, we devised a responsive three-column grid system, enhancing content accessibility across devices. I provided detailed instructions to the web specialist to implement interactive elements, such as expandable menu items with accordion-style animations, ensuring a seamless user experience. These enhancements streamlined navigation and improved information architecture, resulting in a more intuitive and engaging interface.
